Possibly: Without knowing what else is going on it is difficult to diagnose. Since it occurred rapidly it is likely to be a lymph node reacting to some local inflammatory process, either in the oral cavity or surrounding areas. If it continues to enlarge and is tender or red it would not hurt to have a health care professional take a look. Good luck.

Get it checked: Most likely answer is an inflamed lymph node. If it does not resolve within 2 weeks, then get it checked. Rarely, this could be a tumor or a congenital mass (born with it) that can be enlarging.
