i have a small hard bump on my head that is really painful , i didn't hit my head it has been there for a while but now it hurts a lot. ?

Cystic lesion: Most likely an infected cystic lesion like a sebaceous cyst or could be an ingrown hair follicle - unlikely to be a malignant lesion but it would be wise to have it examined and probably removed.
