Morning Running: Eat lightly before you run and then eat a full breakfast within the next hour after your run. You need some carbohydrates to fuel your run but you don't want to be digesting as you run. Your temperature is lowest first thing in the morning so start slowly until your warm, go easy first 155 minutes. Best wishes.
