Squishy, quarter size raised bump below&on l clavicle.no pain/movement/redness.cbc, l shoulder xray & l breast u/s- all normal.has small vein on top of it but no pulse felt on bump. np not concern d/t symmetry/circle shape.should i be worried/f/u on?

As described, this "bump" may represent what is called a "lipoma", which is a benign tumor of fatty tissue. If it is a "cosmetic" issue, it can be easily removed, and a dermatologist may be an appropriate physician to consult.
