Insomnia: You should have a consultation with your doctor to rule out any medical causes of your sleep difficulties. In addition daily exercise and proper nutrition will help, limit caffeine after 3pm and eat lightly in the evening. If you are worried or overly stressed you can inhibit your sleep as well. Consult with a mental health professional if that is the case. Best wishes.
