25 years old. Normal CBC, Hep test but ALT elevated at 200, a lot of acne of chest and shoulders, changes in nipples becoming oval and feeling unwell. No drugs or alcohol. Should I get my hormones check or a liver Biopsy?
ALT elevated for a year are around 120, most recent it jumped to 200. All other blood work good, CBC, PT, and Hep. Notice in last few months alot of red veins on ribs, chest, and around eyes. Should I get a liver biopsy or run any hormone tests?

What would cause severe chest pain following liver biopsy? Happened to me but was never given a reason why.
