Ok, heart cath, kidney biopsy, thyroid test, liver test, chest x-ray and hormone tests all came back normal. i still have severe pitting edema, why? help

Try these: Venous insufficiency, lymphedema, lipedema, renal disease and calcium channel blockers (diltiazem, amlodipine, verapamil and their cousins). Those will catch most of it if all those tests are normal. And i'm assuming here it's on both sides, not just one leg.
