Ted hoses: Ted hoses are not routinely recommended after a uncomplicated cholecystectomy in otherwise healthy individuals not at risk for vein clotting. If you get to move around the house, that's protective of not developing clots. I am not sure about the level of your mobility. But when you sleep, it is not that you are completely immobile like you were during surgery. We don't wear hoses during sleep!

Don't wear...: Unless you are moving ted hose increase your risks of clots. Remove them when you are at rest. Feeling tired is common for 7-10 days. You gradually regain stamina after that.
