No unusual: You may have some other associated problems, normally in 10 wks. Will recover completely , take a follow up visit to your surgeon and discuss your problems, and who will help you.

Quite possibly: After lap cholecystectomy, diarrhea once a day is fairly normal. Occasional to frequent nausea is not uncommon, sepia lily with fatty foods. Lethargy is a bit less expected. If you have not had a follow-up about the symptoms with your surgeon, i would. While usually not a problem, prudent care would include checking for signs of infection and blood work to make sure the liver enzymes are ok.
