I do not think your pain is due to abdominal adhesions. Can you elaborate more about your medical history? When did you have the surgery done and what are the characteristics of your pain at this time? Location, frequency, any association with meal time, bowel movement, nausea, vomit, etc. and anything which can alleviate the pain.

Your gabapentin dose is very low, and if necessary, and indicated due to suspected secondary "nerve pain", could increase amount to a maximum of 1600 mg total per day. Would advise further evaluation regarding the "adhesions".
