What do the experts think, should my inflammation come back if i did not finish the entire bottle of antibiotics?

Finish them all: If given antibiotics you need to continue even if you feel better. Why? Two reasons 1. You may not have killed all the bacteria yet and they can reproduce and bring symptoms back 2. If you don't kill all of them the bacteria that survive will be more resistant or even immune to the antibiotic, that antibiotic then may be useless to you in the future.
