Recurrent folliculitis is not a known risk factor for skin cancer. Good luck.

Folicullitis is not typically known to cause cancer in the long run, lesions might be hard to differentiate and the presence of unrelated lesions of a different nature in the same territory will have to be ruled out with a physical exam in case there is reason to believe skin cancer is likely.
