52 yr male, joint pain for 3 mo, getting worse. No fever. ALT-309 and AST 162. slight anemia. All tests for inflammation have been negative. Naltrexone was only new medicine. Suggestions for next tests and specialist?
8.5yrs old was on 2g Lendacin intravenous therapy for 7 days (was treated for facial cellulutis). 1 week after doctor made ultra sound for kidneys. Results were fine but Doc saw greasy liver. AST, ALT are elevated. Is it from antibiotics or not?
