Started off with really sore throat and still sore and feels like theres a huge inflammation closing up on one side of my throat. no fever yet but do need to see dr for antibiotic or goes away?

Doc: It may be viral and you may not need antimicrobial. He/she will check your throat and possibly take a culture to be safe.
