Inflamed pharyngitis 30 days now & given antibiotics told it's acute but i've got some spots on back of tongue is this why the inflammations not gone?

May not be bacterial: I would recommend a follow up visit since you may have developed a yeast infection while you were on the antibiotics. Also, many sore throats are caused not by bacteria but by a virus. In this case rest, liquids and analgesics such as Ibuprofen or a sore throat spray containing 1.4% phenol will help you feel better while your body fights off the infection.
