Not easy on your own: It is usually not easy to deal with depression on your own. You need to get help to figure out if it is a psychological problem or a physical one (or a combination). It can be very helpful to see mental health professional as well as your primary care doctor. Then there needs to be a treatment plan which may consist of medication and/or therapy. Family or close friends can also be supportive.
