Whole foods : Most people eat too many processed sugary foods that are high in calories and low in nutritional value. To start cut out all soda and fruit juice and rely on water as main hydration. Eating a piece of fruit is lower in calories than juice. Eat lots of veggies, lean proteins, including nuts, beans and eggs. Eat bread, rice, pasta, and potatotes rarely and avoid junk foods.
