Go see your doctor: Not to be rude but how do you know it's your spleen (area)? Best to have your family doc check it out. Low lying pneumonia can sit on diaphragm & irritate abdomen. Mononucleosis can cause spleen to enlarge. Trauma can cause spleen to rupture. Colon or large bowel bends in area of spleen (splenic flexure). Possible diverticulitis, even constipation can cause abdominal pain. So can kidney stones etc.
