Head feels spinning sometimes chest pains and also symptoms like pain in left hand and neck pain. i have done 2d echo reports are normal but i have pain in the spleen area and in back vitamins are also proper. what is the cause?

you have described a number o symptoms without adequate detail. Without further detail as to what precipitates these symptoms it is impossible to speculate. Report on the echo is reassuring. I do not believe your symptoms are cardiac in origin. Please make an appointment with your physician for further evaluation and studies if necessary.
