Mononucleosis?: The fact that you mention a sore throat in conjunction with tenderness in your spleen area is suggestive of, but not conclusive, for mononucleosis. This could be evaluated with your primary doctor or a walk-in clinic with monospot testing. I would recommend that you get seen and evaluated for this.
