Not yet known...: It is reasonable to be concerned about this in light of a recent study, but correlation does not mean causation and whether fish oil increases risk of prostate cancer is still not known. Fish oil prostate : There is no connection between fish oil and prostate cancer. Fish oil is thought to decrease triglyceride levels.
