No: I would recommend fish oil for dry eye treatment and not flaxseed oil. You have to take a lot more flax seed oil to get the same amount of omega-3 fatty acids as compared to fish oil.

No.: No. I am not aware that flaxseed oil causes prostate cancer. In fact, most studies that associate consumption of dietary products with an increased or decreased incidence of prostate cancer do not prove causality.
