HIV: Symptomatic expression of acute HIV syndrome can take many forms, the more common being a mononucleosis-like illness, but many things can occur. What you describe does not seem a likely phenomenon with hiv, but nothing is impossible. Test yourself thoroughly. The latest testing techniques are amazingly accurate.
