HIV: A sore throat by itself is not a a sign of hiv. If you are concerned you were exposed to HIV you should get tested. Testing can be done anonymously at many state health departments so if you are worried better to be tested and find out. The signs of HIV may not always be easy for you to tell without testing for the virus.
