See an ENT doctor: The appropriate treatment will depend on the causative agents, the degree of damage to outflow tracts and other anatomical abnormalities. This can only be determined with a face to face encounter with an expert in this field. Do not try and diagnose yourself. Good luck in resolving this. Can be very difficult.

First, see your : Doctor. If you have already done that and are not improving, then ask for a consult with an ENT physician for a full evaluation. Please bring your medical records and any reports or images. The ENT will work with you on a plan for diagnosing and treating your problem. A sinus ct scan may be helpful.
