Sir my ct scan report says that, bilateral maxillary sinusitis with rhinitis and deviated nasal septum.what does mean and treatment pls.

Sinus: Means you have chronic inflammation of the sinuses and nose and that the wall between the two sides of your nose is bent to one side. Many treatments are helpful including a saline spray and several weeks of a nasal steroid spray. A deviated septum is very common, usually causes a blocked nose and can be treated in surgery
