Nasal congestion for 3 weeks and left zygoma bone pain for last 3 days. x-ray of sinuses show no sinusitis. what could this be? left eye itches as well.

Jaw?: If you grind your teeth, the cheek pain may be from that. A normal x-ray may not however totally rule out a sinus infection. If the suspicion is strong enough, a trial with abx and/or a CT scan may be needed. Left eye itching and nasal congestion are likely from allergies . Have you tried a nasal steroid? If yes, consider seeing an allergist.
