Mild to moderate scattered paranasal sinus mucosal thickening as above. leftward nasal septal deviation. i did a ct scan of my sinuses. had a ct scan before and diagnosed with sinusitis. i still have headaches, so in your opinion.this the cause?

Unlikely, however, you should discuss with the Provider who ordered the CT scan. Sinus irritation may cause headaches, and may respond to treatments like Flonase or saline irrigation; however, there are many potential causes of headache, some serious, all uncomfortable. See your Doctor.
