ENT: This is a question for an ENT who deals with severely ill patients and is able to assess the risks of surgery vs potential beneficial outcome. Curing chronic sinusitis is problematic under the best of circumstances and attempts at medical control might be a more viable option.

Balloon sinuplasty : In a patient like yourself who is not a good candidate for outpatient surgery, an in-office balloon sinuplasty procedure under local anesthesia would be a great option. For more info visit www.Socalsinus.Com.
