I got 2much pain in my throat.can doctor know cancer in throat just by lookin at my throat using small miror?coz she said no cancer just inflammation

Your doctor is proba: Your doctor is most likely right. A good doctor especially ENT doctor can look inside the throat very well and tell you if there is any growth or tumor. So it is unlikely that you have anything like cancer. Severe pain is more often due to infection/inflammation as cancer is typically not painful unless it is far advanced. In that case your doctor would not have difficulty in seeing it. So, relax.
