Are minor hemoglobin level fluctuations ok?my last 5 results: 12.4, 13.0, 11.9, 12.9, 12.5 checked every 2 weeks. hematocrit changed proportionally.

Not a problem: Drinking a glass of water will change your hemoglobin proportionately.

31y.old. Looking at my blood tests from the last 8 years, I see that in my annual check ups my hemoglobin ranges from 13-13.7 and my hematocrit from 38-40.My rbc's from 4.4-4.7 Are these variations normal?
Over last 8 months hematocrit, hemoglobin, mch, mchc, mcv, wbc, and platelet levels have decreased should I be concerned?
