Speak up: Just like you're doing here. Let her know that you're not happy with the care you're getting. If she isn't receptive, then perhaps it's time to change your doctor. First step though is to talk to her.

Change doctors: I doubt the doctor will change her behavior but you can try. In the end, you may simply have to change to another rheumatologist.

My diagnosis of SLE was recently changed to MCTD by my Rheumatologist. Was I misdiagnosed for years or can SLE turn into MCTD? Was it something I did wrong?
