Anxiety attacks?: If you've not had a full checkup with your own doctor recently, please do so. Also, you can see a psychiatrist or psychologist for a full evaluation of your anxiety attacks. Treatment is effective for this condition. Medications may be useful, and psychotherapy is essential. In the meantime you can practice breathing exercises, and avoid caffeine and other stimulants. Eat a whole-foods diet.

It is treatable: See a psychiatrist. May consider a combination of medication, therapy and other methods, like yoga, aerobic exercise, and focus on stress management techniques. Spend more time with your trusted friends and troubleshoot some of the problems that trigger the anxiety and make it worse.
