You can be helped.: If your emotions are out of control & causing problems in your life, help is available. There are medications that can help with anxiety, as well as relaxation techniques. A form of emotional therapy called CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy may help you learn to control your anger. Once you're able to do that, your life will get better & you'll find less to get angry about.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety as you describe depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

Self help: You should get seen by a doctor first to make sure there is no physical issue causing the personality change. Then see a psychologist. If you cannot afford treatment at the moment, you can at least try to stave off these symptoms through self help, until you can afford treatment again. Some good books to try are Dialectical Behavior therapy workbook and The Mindful way Through Depression.
