Soda Addiction....: Use behavior modification techniques. Try keeping a journal or simply counting every time you drink soda instead of water or unsweetened tea. (avoid artificial sweeteners, too since they may raise your cravings for sweets). Hypnosis also can help. Good luck, let me know how it helps.

Soda addiction: The sugar and caffeine in soda are addictive and take time to withdraw from. Try using green tea which is a healthy alternative with far less caffeine and no sugar. You can purchase green teas flavored with fruit like blueberry, pomegranate and others. Cut your soda intake gradually, reducing by 20% per day for a few days and gradually increase.Best.
