What is commonly used to help a soda addiction?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Soda Solutions: One medication that might help is topiramate (topamax). When taking this medication, sodas have a flat or bad taste. Topiramate also seems to suppress appetite and is associated with weight loss. Topiramate is not fda approved for these uses, but is commonly known to have these as side effects. Habit substitution is an alternative. Try teas or plain seltzer water, natural flavor and nustevia.
