Fast Food addiction: Very challenging but can be done. First you have to change the lifestyle that makes these (very addictive) types of foods easier for you to consume. I guarantee that if you make the commitment to eating only healthy whole foods for even just a week or two, you will find that the old unhealthy foods are unappealing. There are many programs to assist with that transition.
