Simple tips...: The best easy tip is based on behavior modification techniques. Try keeping a journal or simply counting every time you drink soda instead of water or unsweetened tea. (avoid artificial sweeteners, too since they may raise your cravings for sweets) there are apps you can use to track what you are eating which will also help. Hypnosis also can help.
