Soda/Caffeine : Be prepared to have some headaches in the beginning but know that they will pass. Set a target date and wean off gradually. Replace the offending drinks w/something healthy such as lemon water or decaf coffee or tea. Chew sugarless gum. You can do it and you will be glad you did. Peace and good health.
