A member asked:

What can i do to help my caffeine addiction?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is possible: Accept that the process will take as much time as it takes and that it will be excruciatingly painful. Withdrawal symptoms may include migraine headaches, nausea, restlessness, sleepiness, irritability, etc. Calculate how much money you spend a year on coffee, tea, cola or other caffeine-containing products and think of something that you would rather spend that money on.
