I have an addiction to caffeine. help please?

Taper off it: And see if there is an underlying issue "feeding" the caffeine use - depression, adhd or something else. Caffeine is an addiction people can just kind of "slide" into, without much underlying psychological issues. Reduce your intake by 10% every couple of days and you will be off in about 2-3 weeks, or down to safer amount (1-3 servings in the morning only). If you have trouble, get formal help.
