Working w anger: One simple tip- count to ten before acting on the urge to impulsively harm someone physically or emotionally. Reduce anger by deep breathing. Breath in deeply & slowly through the nostrils. Hold air in lungs for a 5 count before slowly exhaling through an open mouth. Repeat until you are calmer. Anger: Develop empathy for other people, put yourself in their shoes and realize every time you are hurt it is not necessarily intentional on another's part. Empathy is the key to understanding as it slows us down to consider all variables in a conflict. Best.
