How can i control my violent anger?

Use Anger Better: Anger means you need to solve a problem or want to change someone else, but you cannot change other people. A therapist can help you relax, solve problems and talk about how you feel. It can help u see that you do not need to change others. Especially if the family in which you grew up, used out of control anger, it may take some work to change old habits. There r books u can read, too.

Professional help: If anger is being expressed violently - it is probably time to seek professional help. Anger is normal emotion - that we all feel from time to time. Violence however, is a behavior and is not a healthy way to cope.
