Mental Health pro: Would be helpful to you. That might be a clinical psychologist for therapy or a psychiatrist for medication if appropriate. Sounds like anger management is a central issue and there are strategies for working with that which are helpful. Deal w/in now before it gets worse. Peace and good health.
