Yes and no: Adult height is mostly determined by your genetics. Eating well and exercising will help you grow to your full potential, but not anymore than whatever your genes have decided ahead of time. People who are malnourished don't grow as much as they could if they ate well. I suggest you exercise, eat well, get plenty of sleep. All that will will help stay on track to grow as much as you can.
