A member asked:

I read in studies that exercise stimulates growth hormone. would the extra growth hormone induced by exercise increase height in a growing body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: This has been answered recently. Growth hormone release spikes in sleep and has nothing to do with exercise. Exercise is good for the body and does help create a good core of healthy parts, but it does not change the eventual height of anyone.
