Yes, it could: Undernutrition could indeed affect growth rates and thus final height. You only have a couple of years of growth left as a 14 year old male, so not getting appropriate nutrients now has a bigger impact than it would 5 years from now. It would be difficult to get the different types and amounts of nutrients you need daily with just one meal a day.
