I'm 16 and i haven't had a growth spurt at all i've only grown an inch every year standing at the height of 5'5. will i still get my growth spurt.

You may: You are still very young. Most likely you will continue to grow.

Hard to say: Most females are done by 16-17, & you provide little info to work on.Expected female height is 1/2 total parental height less 2.5 inches.They also tend to stop within 3 years of their first menses. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could show if you have potential for more growth, but if the growth centers have closed, you are done.
