Eat healthy foods: Your height should continue to increase till you get close to 19-20 years of age. In the meantime, eat nutritious foods (milk, yogurt, ice creams, meat(if you like it) fish , eggs and nuts daily. Also exercise daily...Exercise can be fast walking or running or playing supports that make you sweat for about an hour daily. Good luck.
