After six weeks of changing to healthy lifestyle and doing exercises for 40 to 50 minutes 5 days a week, my Glucose decreased only from 5.9 mmol/l to 5.8 mmol/l. On the other side, unfortunately HbA1C increased from 5.5% to 5.6% Is it bad results?
